I have been using the patches for a few weeks now (45mg), the benefits I have received are far more than I ever could have expected. Started this on Wednesday 6th May , put the patch on the back of my neck as I had pain in several places and it may of taken 20mins or so to start working but it did ease the pain and relaxed my body. Had a really good decent sleep on Thursday after taking the 1st patch off which has been a very long time for having a good sleep.
I put the second patch on before work on (middle of my back) Friday 8th May and it worked wonders with relaxing my body to not feeling so drained and the pain was barely there by end of day.
I would definitely recommend the patches. It’s not even that strong that makes you feel high but really helps the muscles relax and it made me bouncy and full of life all day .
Don’t think you can have a bath or shower with them on tho as it may fall off so make sure the area stays dry as I was sweating a bit amd it felt like it was peeling off so had to press down for it to stay on . It does stay on and feels very secure which made me forget I had it on & its not visible to anyone to know you have a patch on
